All- Star Cheerleading
Our Competitive Program runs from June through May each season. Athletes are placed on teams based on age (as of December 31 of the competing year) and skill level to ensure the best fit for athlete development and team success.
Teams will attend 5 competitions throughout the 2026/2027 season within the Maritime provinces. Travel is a required part of the program and attendance at competitions is non-negotiable. We understand this is a significant commitment for families, and for those not interested in travel, our recreational programs provide another great way to enjoy the sport.
Competitive athletes can expect 2–3 team practices per week, totaling approximately 4–6 hours depending on team level. Additional tumbling classes, specialty training opportunities, and optional skill development sessions will also be available and encouraged to help athletes continue progressing throughout the season.
